AI Roadmap Town Halls
The University of Arizona is developing an AI Roadmap to guide how artificial intelligence shapes education, research, and operations. This collaborative effort engages working teams of faculty, staff, and students to define goals, set priorities, and ensure our approach reflects the values of the Wildcat community. Together, we are building a shared vision for the responsible and innovative use of AI across the university.
AI Insights Series
Participate in the AI Insights series, where enthusiasts share knowledge about artificial intelligence in a collaborative setting. The weekly virtual sessions feature faculty, industry leaders, and guest speakers who highlight emerging trends, tools, research, and applications in AI to help spark conversation and build community across the U of A. Whether you demonstrate tools or discuss how AI intersects with human experiences, presentations that spark discussion and learning are welcomed. The series promotes the exchange of knowledge across disciplines and experience levels, from those new to AI to technical experts.
AI Innovation Pilot
The AI Innovation Pilot is a new internal opportunity designed to foster high-impact, interdisciplinary AI projects by providing dedicated, hands-on support from our institute's leading experts in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science. Our expert team is available to support intensive, short term pilot projects to offer a unique chance to rapidly prototype, design, and test novel AI concepts. We are seeking innovative teams from across the university looking to explore new frontiers in AI. This pilot is designed as a catalytic mechanism, leveraging our in-house expertise to build your project's capacity and to position your team to compete for major external funding opportunities.
