This AI Insights session, presented with the Office of Responsible AI (ORAI), features University of Arizona researchers and educators examining AI through lenses of business, health, and education. 

Dr. Jennifer Savary (Associate Professor of Marketing; Terry J. and Tina Lundgren Endowed Chair for Marketing and Retail; Co-director, Lundgren Retail Collaborative) presents Why I Don’t Bring a Forklift to the Gym, using an accessible metaphor to explore appropriate, effective, and responsible uses of AI in decision-making and organizational contexts. 

Dr. Shravan Aras (Assistant Research Professor, UAHS Research) presents AI for Labor Prediction in Pregnant Mothers Using Wearable Sensor Data, highlighting how AI-driven analysis of wearable data can support maternal health research and clinical insight. 

Dr. Kathleen Kennedy (Professor of Practice, CALES/Norton School for Human Ecology) presents Bridging the AI Literacy Gap, focusing on strategies to build equitable, practical AI literacy across educational and professional settings.
