Rudy is a seasoned leader leveraging over 30 years of progressive and successful leadership experiences as a director, instructor, and program manager during a career as a United States Marine Corps Officer and in the civilian sector. He has a comprehensive background in leading operational cross-functional teams, critical thinking, and problem solving to achieve goals and implement effective change. Rudy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Arizona, a Master of Arts in Administrative Leadership from the University of Oklahoma, and a Project Management Professional (PMP)® Certification from the Project Management Institute.
